Bike Return/Exchange PolicyBike ReturnsMerchandise Returns
Returns or Exchanges must be made within 72 hours. Bikes must be in new condition. Exchanges can be made for store credit on original sale price.Returns will be refunded to the original payment method, restrictions apply: Credit/Debit card used in original transaction must be present 15% Restocking Fee for bikes purchased from on-hand stock 25% Restocking fee for special order bikes.Returns or Exchanges on parts, accessories and general merchandise must be made within 5 days Items must be unopened and in new condition.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 416 Madison Trade Plaza SE, Leesburg, VA 20175.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
